Our hearts are full of gratitude! The Fall Festival dinner at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (OLOL) in Dobie served 400 dinners, and every one of them was made possible by the generous hands of our parish family.

Many Hands, One Table

A dinner like this does not happen without a small army of helpers. We give thanks for:

  • The bakers who filled our tables with homemade pies and kolaches
  • The potato peelers who tackled mountain after mountain of spuds
  • The many cooks who spent hours in the kitchen
  • Everyone who filled, packed, and transported 400 dinners to our much-appreciated guests

To everyone who came out for a meal, thank you for your support. We hope you enjoyed every bite!

Generations Working Side by Side

One of the greatest joys of the day was seeing so many generations working together. Grandparents, parents, teens, and children stood shoulder to shoulder, sharing recipes, stories, and laughter. This is what parish life is meant to be: a family of faith, passing on not only traditions, but the love of Christ that inspires them.

With Gratitude

To every volunteer and every guest, thank you. May God bless you abundantly for the love you poured into this day.

Lord, thank You for the gift of our parish family and for the hands that serve so faithfully. Bless all who worked, all who gave, and all who shared in this meal. Amen.
